Djoon Am is the indie folk project of Django El Siddig, a Los Angeles-based musician blending handmade, organic sounds with deep emotional storytelling. The name Djoon Am comes from a playful interpretation of the Persian word for "darling" (joon am), reflecting the project's intimate and heartfelt nature.

Recorded entirely in Django El Siddig’s Los Angeles bedroom, Djoon Am’s music captures raw, immersive textures, combining folk, experimental, and alternative influences reminiscent of Bon Iver and Radiohead. The recordings feature collaborations with talented artists, including Anahita Far (vocals), Ian Tongg (co-producer), Jordan Kauffman (clarinet), Billy Cave (mixing), and contributions from close family and friends.

With its lush harmonies, intricate instrumentals, and introspective lyrics, Djoon Am offers a deeply personal listening experience that resonates with fans of indie folk, lo-fi acoustic, and cinematic soundscapes.
